Grass-Fed Beef & Lentil Burgers + Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Beef & Lentil Burgers- serves 4


3/4 cup canned organic green lentils
3/4 lb. lean grass fed beef
1 small organic zucchini, coarsely grated
1 organic egg1 / 4 tsp.
sea salt 1 / 4 tsp.
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine lentils, beef, zucchini and egg then season the mixture with sea salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape into 4 patties. Place on a baking tray. Cover and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill. Spray a barbecue grill with coconut oil spray and heat on medium high.

Cook the patties for four minutes on each side or until cooked through. * Serve 2 grass fed beef & lentil patties (topped with 1 TBSP of fermented ketchup) along side 1 ⁄ 2 cup of organic baked sweet potato fries and 1 large fermented pickle.

Baked Sweet Potato Fries-


1 ⁄ 2 cup organic sweet potato, cut into fries Pinch of sea salt & pepper

Instructions: Toss cut sweet potatoes in 1 tsp. of olive oil, sea salt & pepper. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
